1. Take Time off To Pray
Taking time off to pray is vital in #renewingofourmind on a daily basis. 2. Refresh Your Page

This i do a lot. Most times when I entered the toilet its always to #renewmymind. I will close my eyes and free my mind. At that moment i wasn't thinking about anything in particular - although many riot thoughts used to race through my mind, yet none of them actually made it to my head. Because at that moment am not of this world. This is a great antidotes to stress for me and you can do the same. It's as if the world doesn't exist at the very moment - I called it my #toiletbreak
4. Listen To Music
Music refreshes the soul. It brings back good and bad memories. But what i do mostly is to listen to songs i have good memories of. Since am a lover of old school music and country music, many of these songs have great memories with me and each time i feel like #clearingmymind, that's what i do listen to. Most of my youthful days were embedded in those songs and i relived some of the moment again. Music is a good #renewal of mind, its an #emotional #booster and comforter of soul.
5. Reading
Reading is another way you can #renewyourmind and at the same time it reloads it. When you read, you are completely off your immediate environment and you will find yourself on the scene of the book you are reading, especially if you're reading a novel or biography. There are two ways to reading - one is when you read to acquire knowledge,and the other is when you read for fun. This could be reading of articles, novels, or stories that touch the heart, all these can amuse you, entertain you and refresh you. This is a great way to #renew ones mind.
6. Go For Recreation
Find time to relax and recreate with friends. Go for recreation or vacation, although not many people could afford vacation but recreation do the same as vacation because being around good friends, can help #renewyourmind. Nevertheless, mind the kind of friends you recreate with as friends can make you feel worst after being with them. choose those that left you longing for their company after they had gone.
